Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health issues, backgrounds, and treatment goals before devising effective personalized treatment strategies.
• Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based methods such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and narrative therapy techniques to ensure clinical effectiveness.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans for clients, continually adapting and modifying interventions based on ongoing evaluations and feedback.
• Engage in regular collaboration with clients to track progress and modify treatment approaches as necessary for optimal outcomes.
• Uphold client confidentiality while strictly adhering to ethical guidelines and legal requirements, ensuring the trust and security of all therapeutic relationships.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

Compensation and Benefits
