Embracing Change Counseling Solutions is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers (LICSWs) to join our dynamic remote team. This role is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility and a healthy work-life balance. Our client base primarily consists of children and adolescents who are navigating various challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma-related concerns. Through our school-based model, LICSWs have the unique opportunity to positively influence the mental health landscape of our communities, reaching students where they spend most of their time.
We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
