Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive psychotherapy services, including individual, couples, and family therapy, tailored to the specific needs and goals of each client.
• Conduct detailed biopsychosocial assessments to understand client backgrounds, needs, and treatment goals, creating personalized treatment plans based on this evaluation.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation that adheres to legal and ethical standards, ensuring all records reflect the progress and treatment provided.
• Coordinate effectively with other healthcare providers, case managers, and community resources to foster a holistic approach to client care.
• Participate in regular team meetings and case consultations to discuss client progress, share insights, and develop best practices collaboratively.
• Manage an active caseload, adjusting your client load according to your availability and specialties to optimize care delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The LCSW will work primarily with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults from various backgrounds, including underserved populations. Experience with trauma, mood disorders, family dynamics, and specific community groups (e.g., LGBTQIA+, veterans) will enhance your ability to connect with and support these individuals effectively.

Qualifications

• Must possess an active LCSW license in the state of Arizona; LMSW licenses are not considered.
• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience is necessary, with outpatient experience preferred.
• Demonstrated strong ethical standards and clinical judgment in all aspects of practice.
• A profound commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within clinical settings is a must.

Preferred Experience

• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMRs) and telehealth platforms; training available for candidates unfamiliar with these systems.
• Bonus points for bilingual abilities, trauma-informed care certifications, or specialized experience working with diverse populations including children, veterans, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community.

Compensation and Benefits

The LCSW position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package. Compensation options include W2 or 1099 arrangements, allowing you the flexibility to choose what best fits your career goals. Our benefit offerings encompass:
