Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify the mental health needs, strengths, and resources of each client.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy through evidence-based treatment methodologies tailored to client needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, setting measurable goals and identifying specific interventions for each case.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure all aspects of patient care are addressed, including medication management and therapeutic interventions.
• Manage crisis situations, offering immediate intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning as warranted by individual client circumstances.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to encourage community and shared growth.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, including timely updates on client progress.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Strong communication and assessment skills, with a commitment to client-centered practice.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting.
• Proficient knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.
• Experience working with a diverse patient population and understanding of cultural factors that influence mental health.

Compensation and Benefits
