Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough, evidence-based assessments of students to identify their emotional, social, and academic needs.
• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy using a variety of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that cater to the specific issues and strengths of each student and their family.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to promote comprehensive student support systems and to advocate for mental health resources within the school community.
• Maintain ethical standards of confidentiality and adhere to all state and federal regulations concerning client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LCSW with Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will work primarily with a diverse student population ranging from elementary through high school. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
