Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, ensuring an engaging and supportive virtual environment for all participants.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in accordance with patients' unique needs, including assessment of their goals and progress.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and case managers, to ensure holistic patient care.
• Maintain precise and confidential patient records using our electronic health record system, in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Evaluate and adapt treatment strategies based on ongoing assessment and feedback from patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This position will primarily focus on diverse clients within the community who seek mental health support for a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active LICSW license in Massachusetts, with a comprehensive understanding of state regulations and ethical standards in social work.
• Minimum of two years post-licensure clinical experience.
• Demonstrated ability to assess clients effectively, diagnose mental health conditions, and develop strategic treatment plans.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record of building trust with clients.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience conducting telehealth sessions or familiarity with virtual communication platforms.

Compensation and Benefits
