We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team at Inspiring Possibilities Counseling Center. This full-time position offers the flexibility of remote work while primarily supporting patients within our Hospice Center. With an annual salary range of USD 85,000 to 90,000, this role provides an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals facing serious health conditions.

The LCSW position is primarily remote, allowing for a work-life balance that fosters both productivity and personal well-being. While the base hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, flexibility for occasional evening or weekend hours may be necessary to meet client needs. This approach allows our clinicians to adapt to the dynamic schedules of the individuals they serve, ensuring comprehensive care.
The focus of this role is to support clients facing complex health challenges associated with hospice care. This includes managing the emotional and psychological needs of individuals and families during critical life transitions. Understanding and integrating the unique historical, socio-economic, and cultural factors affecting the client’s situation is essential for developing personalized treatment plans.
