Compassion Wave Pathway Mental Health is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team as a full-time provider of mental health support in a school setting. This role is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility and adaptability in managing your workload. You will be working primarily in collaboration with school staff to create a supportive environment for students. While the position is remote, you will have access to all the latest technologies and tools necessary to deliver high-quality mental health services effectively. Our outpatient mental health clinic, equipped with state-of-the-art technology, supports a team-oriented approach, enhancing collaboration among mental health professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will take on a variety of responsibilities that contribute significantly to the well-being of our clients, including:
The primary clientele consists of students from diverse backgrounds facing a variety of emotional and behavioral challenges. Your role will directly impact their mental health and educational outcomes through skilled intervention and support. Daily interactions with students and their families will allow you to assess the effectiveness of treatment plans, making meaningful adjustments in real-time to address their needs.
