Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify the social, emotional, and environmental challenges faced by clients, utilizing standardized assessment tools and methodologies.
• Design and implement individualized service plans that align with client goals, incorporating evidence-based interventions and regular progress monitoring.
• Provide individualized counseling and emotional support to clients navigating significant life transitions, trauma, and crises.
• Engage in active collaboration with clients to create personalized service plans while connecting them with vital community resources.
• Offer crisis intervention services and conduct risk assessments to ensure client safety and well-being.
• Work closely with community organizations to facilitate coordinated service delivery, effectively advocating for clients’ needs.
• Participate in community outreach efforts to promote agency services and raise awareness of social issues affecting local populations.
• Attend case conferences, team meetings, and ongoing professional development training to maintain best practices in service delivery.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 60,000 to 100,000 annually, complemented by a sign-on bonus.
