Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Trauma Behavioral Healthcare, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate patient needs, complexities, and mental health backgrounds.
• Creating, implementing, and regularly monitoring individualized treatment plans in collaboration with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, ensuring responsiveness to patient progress and changing needs.
• Maintaining precise and confidential patient records in line with HIPAA regulations, ethical standards, and organizational protocols, thus fostering trust and integrity in client relationships.
• Participating in regular multidisciplinary team meetings to exchange insights, enhance treatment methodologies, and monitor patient outcomes effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily support clients from various backgrounds facing mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and other psychosocial issues. Our patient base reflects the diverse community of Modesto, allowing you to work with individuals from different-age groups and cultural backgrounds, each with unique experiences and recovery journeys.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• A valid LCSW license to practice in California.
• A minimum of two years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, demonstrating proficiency in managing diverse clinical situations.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that promote strong therapeutic alliances with clients.

Preferred Experience

In addition to the essential qualifications, the following will be advantageous:

Compensation and Benefits
