Gotham Enterprises Ltd is actively seeking a compassionate and licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dedicated team serving the hospice center in Coker Creek, Tennessee. This full-time remote position is integral to our mission of enhancing the quality of life for seniors and their families. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing social workers to fulfill their responsibilities from the comfort of their home while connecting with clients via virtual platforms and in-person consultations as needed. The hours for this role are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional evenings or weekends required based on client needs. As part of our commitment to responsive care, on-call availability may also be necessary for urgent situations, ensuring seniors receive timely support.
This role primarily serves the senior population within our hospice center, focusing on clients facing chronic illnesses and end-of-life transitions. By understanding the unique psychosocial issues that seniors encounter, the LCSW will play a significant role in enhancing their comfort, dignity, and overall quality of life, creating a supportive environment for both clients and their families.
The salary range for this position is competitive, from $60,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
