Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one psychotherapy sessions focused on mental health and substance abuse recovery using evidence-based practices.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patient needs and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans utilizing best practices and solution-focused methodologies.
• Administer therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), specifically modified for substance abuse recovery challenges.
• Maintain meticulous and compliant clinical records while ensuring the confidentiality and safety of patient information.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure coordinated care and optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on mental health resources and coping strategies to enhance recovery efforts.
• Stay abreast of relevant research, integrating new findings into therapeutic practices to improve patient care.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
