Lighted Paths Therapy is seeking a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to join our innovative team dedicated to advancing mental health care. This role focuses on supporting patients in hospice care, along with their families, during one of the most critical times in their lives. It is essential to demonstrate empathy, active listening, and culturally competent care to foster trust and healing.
