Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients, understanding their personal histories and identifying mental health conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate therapeutic modalities suited to each client's unique circumstances and preferences.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based approaches to support clients in coping with their mental health challenges.
• Respond to immediate crisis situations by providing timely intervention and support, ensuring client safety and access to appropriate resources.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care, sharing insights and strategies to support client progress.
• Connect clients with necessary community resources, including support groups, housing assistance, and employment services, helping to address broader systemic issues affecting their well-being.
• Maintain meticulous records of assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and client interactions to comply with regulatory and best practice standards.
• Advocate for clients' needs and rights, navigating the healthcare system to enhance access to services.
• Provide education to clients and their families on mental health topics and coping techniques, empowering them with knowledge to support their recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The LCSW in our clinic will work with a diverse portfolio of clients, including individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
