Step By Step Social Work is seeking a dedicated and licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time capacity. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities, including:

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
While 1 year of experience is the minimum requirement, we prefer candidates with additional expertise in substance abuse therapy and familiarity with various therapeutic modalities. Knowledge of integrated care approaches that combine both mental health and substance use treatment is a plus.
