Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker at Liberty Consultation and Counseling Center, your specific responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs, strengths, and challenges.
• Formulating and implementing individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions.
• Administering various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Maintaining detailed and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations and our clinic's standards.
• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure integrated and effective care for all clients.
• Engaging in regular case consultations and peer review sessions to enhance treatment efficacy and professional development.
• Providing educational resources and support to clients and their families regarding mental health concerns, treatment options, and community resources.
• Staying informed on the latest mental health research and integrating new findings into clinical practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will involve supporting a diverse population, including individuals of various ages and backgrounds who may be experiencing conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. You will leverage your expertise to provide culturally competent care that respects the unique experiences and needs of each client.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid state-issued license to practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, specifically in providing psychotherapy services.
• Strong proficiency in solution-focused therapeutic interventions and best practices.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building rapport and trust with clients.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
