Work Environment

You will be working remotely, leveraging telehealth technologies to connect with clients across Gresham, Oregon, and the surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients’ emotional and mental health to establish their current state.
• Develop personalized treatment plans aimed at improving mental health outcomes for clients, integrating best practices and therapeutic methodologies.
• Provide ongoing, compassionate support to clients and their families, ensuring they feel understood and cared for throughout the therapeutic process.
• Regularly monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed, making data-driven decisions to enhance effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions, assessments, and treatment progress in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Engage in professional development and stay abreast of evolving mental health best practices and trends, enhancing service delivery.
• Participate in team meetings and peer consultations to foster a collaborative and supportive environment among staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support overarching organizational goals and client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This position primarily focuses on school-aged children and adolescents, a critical developmental stage where mental health support can significantly impact academic performance and personal growth. As an LCSW, you will provide therapeutic services to clients facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and social adjustment difficulties. Your role will be vital in promoting resilience and emotional well-being among youth.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work is mandatory, along with a current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) designation in the state of Oregon.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience in a social work setting is required.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of various mental health conditions, evidence-based therapeutic approaches, and telehealth best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to develop and implement evidence-informed treatment interventions.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with school-aged children and adolescents in a therapeutic role is highly desirable.
• Previous involvement in telehealth services and familiarity with digital communication tools.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive yearly salary in the range of USD 100,000 – 105,000, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
