Clinical Social Worker - Remote Detox Center Specialist

Position Overview

Inner Calm Progressive Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time, remote role. This position will primarily focus on providing counseling and support to clients in a detox center setting, ensuring they receive the highest quality of mental health care while navigating their recovery journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, strengths, and available resources, ensuring a tailored approach to treatment.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy.
• Develop and execute personalized treatment plans, setting clear goals alongside clients to maximize their successful engagement in the healing process.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to deliver integrated care that addresses both psychological and emotional needs.
• Facilitate crisis interventions as necessary, performing risk assessments and crafting safety plans to protect clients during vulnerable times.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation, adhering to legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.
• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups, fostering a sense of community among clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client population ranges from adolescents to adults facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is a must.
• At least two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, preferably with clients facing addiction and/or trauma-related issues.
• Solid understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and best practices in mental health treatment.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills, allowing for effective client engagement and collaboration.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working within detox or residential treatment settings is advantageous.
• Knowledge of community resources and support systems in Pittsburgh that can assist clients in their recovery process.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a sign-on bonus. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
