Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed clinical assessments using online platforms to identify patients' mental health needs accurately and develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Implement therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adapting your delivery to suit the remote environment and individual client circumstances.
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical records by utilizing secure electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure confidentiality while adhering to legal and professional standards.
• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals through virtual meetings to ensure cohesive treatment approaches.
• Participate in weekly case consultation and peer review meetings via video conferencing to share knowledge, updates, and best practices.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health issues, treatment pathways, and available community resources using digital communication tools.
• Stay abreast of emerging research and methodologies in mental health through online continuing education opportunities, enhancing your practice and ensuring the delivery of the highest quality care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Georgia.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, emphasizing the delivery of psychotherapeutic services via telehealth.
• Proficiency in solution-focused therapeutic interventions suitable for remote practice.
