Work Environment

You will be an integral part of a multidisciplinary team consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, collaborating virtually to provide comprehensive care for our clients. Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough mental health assessments that involve psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments.
• Working with clients to create individualized treatment plans that reflect their unique needs, aspirations, and cultural contexts.
• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) within individual, couple, family, and group therapy settings.
• Providing crisis intervention services for clients in acute distress, ensuring they receive the necessary support promptly.
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, while adhering to regulatory standards and clinic policies.
• Empowering clients and their families through psychoeducation, equipping them with essential skills to manage and navigate mental health challenges effectively.
• Regularly assessing treatment effectiveness through outcome assessments and adjusting treatment plans when necessary.
• Staying updated on the latest research and best practices in mental health, incorporating these insights into your clinical practice.
• Upholding ethical guidelines and maintaining confidentiality for all client information at all times.

Compensation and Benefits

Insight Therapy Services offers a competitive annual salary range of $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
