Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify the unique needs of children and families.
• Engage actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), collaborating with team members to ensure the plans are tailored to meet each family’s needs.
• Continuously monitor client outcomes and adjust services based on developmental progress and family feedback.
• Provide emotional and practical support to families, equipping them with skills and information to nurture their children's growth and development.
• Administer tools and assessments with precision, ensuring compliance with all Federal and State regulations governing social services.
• Build trusting relationships with children, families, and team members, fostering a healthy learning environment conducive to growth.
• Implement coaching strategies and Natural Learning Environment Practices to enhance the effectiveness of early intervention efforts.
• Ensure all operations uphold health and safety standards for both staff and clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on young children, particularly infants and toddlers, who may present with developmental delays or disabilities. You will work closely with families, providing the necessary support to navigate their child's developmental stages, teaching skills in areas such as communication, social-emotional learning, and cognitive development. Your contributions will not only address immediate needs but will also lay the groundwork for long-term success.

Qualifications

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• Active licensing as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker by the Department of Public Health.
• A valid driver’s license is necessary for any in-person family engagements.
• A commitment to employing Natural Learning Environment Practices in early intervention settings.
• One year of relevant experience working with young children with developmental needs is essential.
• Demonstrated adaptability in teaching methodologies to cater to diverse learning styles of children.

Compensation and Benefits
