Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Early Intervention Specialist

Position Overview

Prosper Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated and passionate Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in providing crucial early intervention services to children and their families. This full-time position will allow you to work remotely as you collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance developmental outcomes for children from birth to three years of age.

Work Environment

This role is designed to be adaptable and remote, allowing Social Workers the flexibility to reach families in their homes while promoting a supportive and effective learning environment. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children’s developmental progress in a supportive and empathetic manner.
• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), utilizing a strength-based approach to tailor services to each family's unique needs.
• Monitor outcomes and adjust intervention strategies collaboratively with the team to ensure effective support.
• Provide ongoing support to families, offering resources, skills training, and guidance that empower parents to enhance their child's development.
• Comply with all relevant Federal and State regulations, as well as organizational standards to maintain the health and safety of staff and clients.
• Utilize evidence-based practices, including the coaching model and natural environment teaching, to facilitate child learning and engagement.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with children and families, creating an environment conducive to growth and learning.
• Make recommendations regarding the frequency and type of services provided based on developmental assessments and family priorities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will focus primarily on families with children diagnosed with delays or disabilities, guiding them through early interventions that foster critical developmental skills in physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication areas. Your expertise will play a vital role in ensuring children develop foundational skills that will aid their future learning and social interactions.

Qualifications

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to client homes and services when necessary.
• Strong ability to adapt communication and intervention strategies to meet diverse learning styles and needs of children and families.
• Excellent organizational skills and the capacity to manage time effectively in a fast-paced, multifaceted role.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, allowing for effective collaboration and relationship-building.
• A respectful attitude towards others, with the capability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of one year experience working directly with children in early intervention settings.
• Demonstrated commitment to utilizing Natural Learning Environment Practices in interventions.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 – $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Prosper Behavioral Health also provides a comprehensive benefits package which includes:
