Position Overview

Patchwork Mental Health Clinic is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. This remote position is primarily focused on providing high-quality mental health services within a supportive detox center environment, where you will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate their recovery journeys.

Work Environment

The ideal candidate will work remotely, enabling flexibility while contributing to our detox center's mission of providing exceptional care. We offer various scheduling options, including flexible shifts of 4x10 or 5x8 hours from Monday to Friday, between 8 AM and 7 PM. We believe that maintaining a work-life balance is essential for personal well-being and the effective delivery of care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions, employing evidence-based techniques to facilitate therapeutic breakthroughs and improvements.
• Utilize comprehensive interview techniques to collect and interpret critical social, personal, environmental, and health-related information from clients.
• Evaluate client needs and develop tailored treatment plans to address mental health issues within your scope of practice.
• Implement therapeutic programs and activities aimed at enhancing the social and emotional well-being of clients.
• Facilitate cognitive, emotional, and behavioral interventions, including short-term crisis management and referrals to appropriate community resources.
• Build and maintain trusting therapeutic relationships with clients, fostering mutual respect and acceptance.
• Regularly assess the effectiveness of treatment interventions, documenting client progress in accordance with established protocols.
• Manage an active caseload, ensuring timely updates and accurate record-keeping that reflects the services provided.
• Provide clinical counseling to individuals, addressing various mental health issues including depression, anxiety, addiction, and family-related challenges.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams as necessary, attending meetings and participating in case discussions to optimize client care.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned that align with your expertise and improve client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

We cater to a diverse range of clients, particularly those undergoing detoxification and recovery from substance use disorders. Our patient population includes individuals facing challenges related to depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, and relationship issues. As an LCSW, your expertise will guide clients through their recovery journeys by providing empathy-driven care and tailored therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW), Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Arizona is mandatory.
• Demonstrated understanding of various therapeutic modalities and mental health issues, particularly in treating behavioral health conditions.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, necessary for effective interaction with clients and documentation purposes.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of four years of experience in clinical social work or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in counseling clients with mental health and substance use issues, including knowledge of treatment methodologies for mood disorders, addiction, and family therapy.
• Familiarity with community resources and assessment tools that can enhance client care.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer competitive annual salaries ranging from $85,000 to $104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
