Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, couple, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices to support client engagement and progress.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation that complies with Pennsylvania state regulations, enhancing accountability and continuity of care.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision and team meetings to discuss cases, share insights, and provide peer support.
• Collaborate with other clinicians, educational staff, and community agencies to create comprehensive care plans that address various client needs.
• Effectively manage your own schedule and caseload, demonstrating flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of clients and to optimize service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily serve children, adolescents, and their families within the school system. Our client population often presents with a range of emotional and behavioral challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment difficulties. By providing tailored therapeutic interventions, you will help your clients develop essential coping skills and resilient mindsets, ultimately improving their overall well-being and academic performance.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active and unrestricted LCSW license in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Demonstrated clinical skills in performing therapy such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused therapy, or family systems therapy.
• Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal, and strong organizational skills.
• Capable of working independently while balancing a flexible schedule that meets client needs.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health, counseling, or school-based setting.
• Experience working with diverse populations and an understanding of multicultural issues in therapy.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital tools used in the delivery of virtual care.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
