Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical services to assigned clients experiencing mental health challenges, including assessment, individual therapy, group therapy, and family sessions.
• Develop comprehensive integrated care plans that outline patient needs, treatment objectives, and steps towards achieving mental wellness.
• Conduct evidence-based screenings and evaluations, ensuring timely referrals for more intensive interventions as needed.
• Engage in crisis intervention efforts, offering immediate support and appropriate solutions during urgent situations.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, sharing valuable insights to enhance treatment modalities and patient outcomes.
• Monitor and document client progress, adhering to organizational best practices regarding caseload management and documentation protocols.

Qualifications
