Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand the needs of clients and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific circumstances.
• Actively engage with a multi-disciplinary team, including healthcare providers and support staff, to contribute meaningfully to the overall treatment strategy for clients.
• Provide continuous monitoring of clients’ progress, ensuring that they receive appropriate follow-up support to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Facilitate communication among family members, educational staff, and healthcare providers to create a holistic support system for each client.
• Utilize evidence-based interventions and methodologies to guide clients towards positive behavioral changes and coping strategies.

Qualifications

• Possession of a current Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) licensure is mandatory.
• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Preferred Experience
