Key Responsibilities

In your role as an LCSW, you will undertake vital responsibilities, including:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments and creating personalized treatment plans that adhere to best practices and evidence-based interventions.
• Implementing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other strategies tailored to client needs.
• Documenting all clinical interactions and maintaining accurate records in compliance with HIPAA regulations to safeguard client confidentiality.
• Engaging in collaborative discussions with a multidisciplinary treatment team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health specialists to ensure cohesive and effective patient care.
• Taking part in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to refine and enhance our therapeutic approaches.
• Providing education and assistance to patients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and relevant community resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a broad demographic of patients, particularly in a school setting, allowing you to work with children, adolescents, and their families. You will address a wide range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, behavioral problems, and trauma-related challenges. Your role is critical in aiding these clients to navigate their psychological hurdles and improve their academic and social experiences.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LCSW license to practice in California.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience, preferably with a focus on psychotherapy services.

Compensation and Benefits
