Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will undertake a variety of essential responsibilities aimed at delivering high-quality care to your patients. Specific duties include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to fully understand a client’s mental health history, strengths, and challenges.
• Developing tailored treatment plans that align with best practices and utilize solution-based interventions based on comprehensive evaluations.
• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to each client's individual needs.
• Maintaining precise and confidential clinical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring all documentation is timely and accurate.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will be working with a diverse portfolio of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing a wide range of mental health challenges. The clinic’s population often includes individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other psychological distress. Your role will be pivotal in helping these clients overcome barriers and achieve their therapeutic goals.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a clinical setting, specifically providing psychotherapy services.
• Familiarity with solution-focused therapy techniques and a solid foundation in evidence-based treatment approaches.
