This position will primarily be remote, allowing for flexibility and the ability to connect with clients from the comfort of their own environments. Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical services to clients, addressing symptoms related to major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders.
• Conduct initial screenings and assessments, developing evidence-based treatment plans in collaboration with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
• Implement integrated care strategies that focus on the specific needs of each client, ensuring they have access to a range of services.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, tailoring approaches to meet the unique requirements of each session.
• Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, responding effectively to sudden changes in client mental health status.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions, treatment progress, and service outcomes.
• Participate in staff meetings and committees geared towards enhancing service delivery and improving organizational quality.
• Take on on-call responsibilities as required, providing support during and outside of regular program hours.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Current LCSW licensure in the state of New Jersey.
• Expert knowledge in mental health assessment, diagnosis, and effective treatment strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to establish rapport and trust with clients, fostering an environment of safety and respect.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective case documentation and collaboration with team members.

Preferred Experience

A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is preferred. Experience working with diverse populations and familiarity with integrated care models is a significant advantage.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, we provide comprehensive benefits, including health and dental insurance, paid time off, continuing education allowances, and retirement savings plans.
