This full-time, remote position offers the opportunity to deliver virtual therapy services, focusing on enhancing the mental well-being of clients in a hospice setting. This position allows you to work 100% remotely, providing flexibility in your schedule while attending to a minimum caseload of 25 clients. We understand the importance of work-life balance and offer the autonomy to create a schedule that suits your needs, typically from Monday to Friday, with weekend availability options. Our administrative team efficiently manages the logistics of new client onboarding, insurance verification, credentialing, billing, and compliance—freeing you to focus fully on delivering exceptional care to your clients.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker within our hospice center, you will primarily serve adults over the age of 18 who are experiencing life-limiting illnesses. Many of these clients may be facing not only physical health challenges but emotional distress related to their conditions and end-of-life concerns. Your insight and expertise will provide much-needed support to diverse populations, including individuals from various cultural backgrounds and marginalized communities. Special considerations may also be made for clients affected by men's health issues or the LGBTQIA+ community, reflecting our commitment to tailored, inclusive care.
