Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibility will be to deliver psychotherapy services, including but not limited to:

• Conducting in-depth clinical assessments to understand the unique needs of each patient.
• Developing tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and the individual preferences of clients.
• Utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to address complex mental health issues.
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and quality of care.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary team members to provide integrated patient care and participate in regular case consultations to enhance treatment outcomes.
• Educating and empowering patients and families about mental health concerns, treatment pathways, and community resources.
• Engaging in continuous professional development by staying informed about emerging research and trends within the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse group of patients, including children, adolescents, and adults, facing a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Your expertise will directly impact their quality of life, helping them navigate their challenges and achieve their treatment goals.

Qualifications

• A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Active and valid LICSW license to practice in Washington state.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience with a focus on psychotherapy services.
• Proven proficiency in solution-focused and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong therapeutic relationships.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities to inform treatment approaches.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in outpatient mental health settings or telehealth environments.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for clinical documentation.
• Advanced training in specific therapeutic modalities beyond the required qualifications would be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We provide a robust benefits package that includes:
