Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to obtain a comprehensive understanding of clients' mental health needs, strengths, and resources.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy using a variety of evidence-based approaches tailored to meet the specific needs of clients.
• Implement therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Collaborate with other members of the treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to create and implement detailed, individualized treatment plans.
• Provide crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning to ensure the well-being and stability of clients during periods of acute distress.
• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions and psychoeducational classes that empower clients through shared experiences and knowledge.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with all ethical and legal standards, ensuring continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited university.
• Valid and active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, in addition to a sign-on bonus. Benefits include:
