Conduct thorough clinical assessments of patients to identify their mental health needs and develop personalized treatment strategies.
Utilize evidence-based practices and solution-focused therapeutic interventions to assist patients in navigating their mental health challenges.
Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of health care professionals to ensure cohesive patient care and support.
Maintain and manage precise and timely clinical documentation according to regulatory standards and best practices.

In this role, you will engage with a diverse array of patients, including those dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Our clinic serves individuals from various backgrounds and age groups, ensuring that our services are culturally competent and sensitive to the unique challenges faced by each patient.
A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
Possession of a valid LICSW license in the state of Minnesota is mandatory.
Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in solution-based psychotherapy interventions.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills to effectively engage with patients and team members.
At least two years of relevant clinical social work experience, specifically in mental health settings.
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.
Experience working within a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care for complex cases.
Salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
