Conduct comprehensive assessments for clients, identifying their unique needs and challenges to develop tailored treatment plans.
Implement evidence-based interventions focused on enhancing client well-being and recovery outcomes, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities.
Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring that patient information is protected.
Collaborate with a dedicated multidisciplinary team to facilitate holistic care, participating in regular case consultations to optimize treatment strategies.
Provide education and support to patients and their families, helping them navigate the complexities of mental health and addiction treatment.
Stay updated with the latest mental health research and methodologies to ensure that practices are informed by current evidence and best practices.
This role focuses on working with clients in a detox setting, addressing issues related to substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. You will work with a diverse clientele, ensuring that care plans respect and respond to the varied backgrounds and experiences of each individual.
A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
Must hold a valid LICSW license in Massachusetts.
At least 2 years of clinical experience in a relevant healthcare or social work setting.
Demonstrated proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy interventions and trauma-informed care practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and their support systems.
Experience working in substance abuse treatment or detox settings is highly desirable.
