Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to identify the needs and goals of clients.
Develop, implement, and adjust personalized treatment plans that reflect evidence-based practices and meet the individual needs of each client.
Utilize a variety of therapeutic methodologies, including solution-focused therapy, cognitive-behavioral techniques, and mindfulness practices.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with fellow clinicians, mental health professionals, and support staff to deliver holistic care to clients.
Educate and empower clients and their families about mental health issues, coping strategies, and available resources.
Stay current on the latest mental health research, treatment modalities, and best practices to continually enhance your clinical skills.

A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
A valid LCSW license in the state of Massachusetts is essential for practice.
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, ideally in an outpatient setting.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills that enhance relationship-building with clients and team members.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills that allow for effective treatment planning.

Prior experience in a community health setting or with specific treatment populations, including youth, veterans, or underserved communities, is highly regarded. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and electronic health record systems can enhance your effectiveness in this role.
