Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to identify the needs and goals of clients.
Develop, implement, and adjust personalized treatment plans that reflect evidence-based practices and meet the individual needs of each client.
Utilize a variety of therapeutic methodologies, including solution-focused therapy, cognitive-behavioral techniques, and mindfulness practices.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with fellow clinicians, mental health professionals, and support staff to deliver holistic care to clients.
Educate and empower clients and their families about mental health issues, coping strategies, and available resources.
Stay current on the latest mental health research, treatment modalities, and best practices to continually enhance your clinical skills.
Our practice serves a diverse range of clients from various backgrounds, including individuals who have experienced trauma, those living with anxiety and depression, and patients seeking support during significant life transitions. As an LCSW, you will be at the forefront of providing compassionate counsel and evidence-based interventions, fostering a safe and reassuring environment for clients to explore their emotions and experiences.
A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
A valid LCSW license in the state of Massachusetts is essential for practice.
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, ideally in an outpatient setting.
Demonstrated proficiency in solution-oriented psychotherapy and trauma-informed practices.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills that enhance relationship-building with clients and team members.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills that allow for effective treatment planning.
A collaborative mindset and eagerness to work within a team structure, contributing positively to patient outcomes.
Prior experience in a community health setting or with specific treatment populations, including youth, veterans, or underserved communities, is highly regarded. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and electronic health record systems can enhance your effectiveness in this role.
Attractive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
