Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, strengths, and resources.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using various evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused therapy.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with specific therapeutic goals and interventions tailored to each client.
• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic care.
• Deliver crisis intervention services, including risk assessments and safety planning, to support clients in acute situations.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
