This position offers the unique opportunity to provide critical mental health support to individuals and families during one of life's most challenging moments, all from the comfort of your home. This role is 100% remote, allowing you the flexibility to manage your work-life balance according to your personal and professional needs. You will work from your dedicated practice space, ensuring that you maintain the confidentiality and privacy of your clients as per HIPAA regulations. With the option to supplement your income through part-time hours or to establish a full-time caseload of up to 40+ hours per week, you have control over your schedule and workload.
Your primary clientele will include individuals receiving hospice care, addressing a variety of emotional, psychological, and psychosocial issues. The role entails working with clients who are typically stable and low acuity, allowing you to establish rapport and trust in a sensitive setting. By leveraging your clinical skills, you will help clients navigate complex emotional challenges and promote coping strategies during end-of-life scenarios.
The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 104,000 annually, based on experience and caseload. In addition, you will receive a substantial sign-on bonus upon engaging with your first client within two weeks of onboarding. Benefits include:
