Provide individualized therapeutic interventions, drawing from solution-based psychotherapy approaches to promote mental health and wellness in students.
Maintain and document accurate clinical records in compliance with regulations and standards to ensure quality care delivery.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including educators and specialists, to coordinate comprehensive care for students.

The main focus of your work will revolve around school-aged children and adolescents facing various mental health challenges. A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
A current and valid LICSW license in the state of Minnesota is essential.

Exceptional communication skills and a proven ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Experience working in school settings or with youth populations will be highly beneficial.
