Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand patients' mental health needs and establish personalized treatment plans based on best practices and solution-focused methodologies.
Provide individualized therapeutic interventions, drawing from solution-based psychotherapy approaches to promote mental health and wellness in students.
Maintain and document accurate clinical records in compliance with regulations and standards to ensure quality care delivery.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including educators and specialists, to coordinate comprehensive care for students.
Participate in case consultations and peer review meetings aimed at enhancing the quality of care and professional development.
Empower patients and their families by providing education and resources related to mental health issues, fostering a collaborative treatment atmosphere.

The main focus of your work will revolve around school-aged children and adolescents facing various mental health challenges. A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
A current and valid LICSW license in the state of Minnesota is essential.
A minimum of three years of clinical experience, specifically specializing in psychotherapy with children and adolescents.
Demonstrated proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy techniques and interventions.
Exceptional communication skills and a proven ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Experience working in school settings or with youth populations will be highly beneficial.
Familiarity with using digital health tools and tele-therapy platforms to reach clients effectively.
Strong organizational skills to manage documentation and care coordination efficiently.
