Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed clinical assessments to develop individualized treatment plans leveraging best practices and evidence-based approaches.
• Implement targeted therapeutic interventions utilizing solution-focused techniques to facilitate patient healing and progress.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation of patient records to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with a dedicated multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination across different treatment modalities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse clientele, including adolescents and adults dealing with various mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, addiction, trauma, and more. Qualifications

• A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits
