Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions for clients of various age groups, including children, adolescents, and adults, using evidence-based practices.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and establish effective treatment plans tailored to individual circumstances.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of therapy sessions, client interactions, and treatment progress, ensuring timely updates in compliance with organizational standards.
• Manage scheduling for ongoing appointments, ensuring your calendar reflects updates for client sessions and necessary follow-ups.
• Utilize a specialized billing service for claims management, including client accounts receivable, benefit verification, and payment plans to streamline administrative processes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your clients will primarily consist of individuals from diverse backgrounds, including students and their families within the school system. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A minimum availability of 20-25 hours per week, including at least two evenings per week to accommodate client schedules.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience, along with a performance-based sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.
