Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans, considering best practices and the unique circumstances of each client.
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation, adhering to all relevant regulations and ethical standards, ensuring patient confidentiality and security.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary treatment teams to ensure coordinated and holistic care across services.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
