Conduct thorough assessments to understand each client's unique needs, history, and goals, enabling the development of comprehensive, personalized treatment plans.
Implement evidence-based psychotherapeutic interventions, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to promote client well-being and facilitate their recovery journey.
Maintain stringent confidentiality and accuracy in clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other relevant regulations.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and addiction specialists, to deliver integrated and holistic care.
Educate and support clients and their families regarding mental health challenges, coping strategies, and available resources within the community.
Stay abreast of the latest research and trends in mental health and addiction treatment to enhance service delivery and improve patient outcomes.
In this role, you will primarily serve clients involved in our detox center program, focusing on individuals experiencing challenges related to substance use disorders, trauma, anxiety, and depression. Our clientele represents a diverse array of backgrounds and experiences, presenting unique opportunities for growth and learning as you adapt your approach to meet their varying needs.
A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
A valid LCSW license in the state of Arkansas is mandatory for this position.
At least two years of clinical experience, preferably in mental health and addiction treatment settings.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster rapport-building with clients and teamwork with colleagues.
