Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand clients' backgrounds and needs.
• Develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that address individual goals and promote well-being.
• Implement a range of therapeutic interventions, including solution-focused psychotherapy, motivational interviewing, and psychoeducation.
• Maintain detailed and confidential clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team to coordinate comprehensive client care.
• Educate clients and their families on treatment options, coping strategies, and available resources.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by staying current with the latest mental health research and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work predominantly with individuals in the detoxification process, as well as clients dealing with various levels of mental health concerns. Your expertise will be particularly beneficial to clients facing challenges such as substance use disorders, mood disorders, and trauma-related conditions.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Active and valid LCSW licensure in the state of Wisconsin.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.
• Strong proficiency in evidence-based psychotherapy interventions and case management techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in detox or substance use treatment settings is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with digital health tools and teletherapy platforms.
