Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate patients’ psychosocial needs, status, and strengths, enabling the development of personalized treatment plans.
• Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including psychotherapy and counseling, focusing on solution-based methodologies that foster patient recovery and resilience.
• Document clinical records with precision and timeliness, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers, to design and implement coordinated care strategies.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
