Path to Wellness, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) to join our team in a full-time remote role. This is a full-time remote position, allowing for flexibility while providing essential mental health services to students in various school settings across Everett, Washington. You will engage with students, parents, and educational staff through virtual platforms, ensuring that you can make a positive impact regardless of geographic constraints. Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of students and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the students, their families, and educational professionals.
Implement therapeutic interventions, including individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing effective evidence-based practices tailored to the needs of each student.
Provide crisis counseling and support as needed, attending to urgent mental health issues that may arise in a school environment.
Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans and modify them accordingly, ensuring that the goals established for students are met.
Facilitate workshops and parenting sessions aimed at improving family dynamics and enhancing support structures for the students.
Document all treatment procedures accurately and in compliance with organizational policies and mental health standards while maintaining minimal paperwork to focus on direct client care.
Collaborate with educational staff to build awareness of mental health issues, contributing to a supportive school culture that promotes well-being for all students.
In this role, you will primarily work with children and adolescents facing a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma-related conditions. Your ability to engage and connect with young individuals is critical, fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship that encourages open communication and growth.
Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution recognized by the Council on Social Work Education.
Current and valid social work license per state regulations (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW).
Demonstrated ability to navigate the complexities of mental health issues in a school setting, with a strong understanding of developmental psychology.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Proficient in using technology and telehealth platforms to deliver remote services effectively.
Experience working with children and adolescents in a school or educational setting.
Familiarity with crisis intervention techniques and emergency response protocols.
Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team of healthcare professionals, educators, and community resources.
