Path to Wellness, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a full-time remote position. The ideal candidate will be licensed in their respective state as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW). Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate both individual psychotherapy and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to support emotional healing and personal growth.
• Adhere to the organization’s policies and Mental Health and Substance Abuse Standards, ensuring all services are delivered within the therapist's scope of practice.
• Conduct a thorough assessment of individual and family systems to evaluate functioning within personal, social, and occupational domains, identifying areas that require further support and intervention.
• Develop comprehensive care plans based on initial assessments that address the needs of patients and their caregivers, establishing measurable goals for treatment.
• Collaboratively modify care plans as needed, keeping clients and their families actively engaged in discussions about their treatment and progress.
• Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support during sessions, responding to the immediate needs of individuals, families, and groups.
• Regularly assess client progress and adapt therapeutic goals to ensure effective outcomes consistent with client aspirations.
• Display sensitivity toward the diverse and complex needs of patients and families, recognizing social, cultural, and economic factors that may impact their well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will primarily work with patients experiencing a range of acute mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related conditions. The role necessitates a strong commitment to understanding each client's unique circumstances and ensuring that tailored therapeutic approaches are implemented. Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution recognized by the Council on Social Work Education.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) as per state regulations.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills essential for effective case management and client interactions.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a remote setting to meet the needs of diverse client populations.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with diverse populations and handling a variety of mental health challenges, particularly in a remote or telehealth setting.
• Proficiency in therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or solution-focused therapy.
• Familiarity with electronic health records systems and knowledge of ethical, legal, and professional standards in social work.

Compensation and Benefits
