Work Environment

This position offers flexibility with a remote work setting, allowing you to manage your schedule effectively. Standard work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring a healthy work-life balance with no weekend obligations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, closely following established treatment plans to ensure consistent progress for clients.
• Document each therapy session accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with licensing standards.
• Collaborate actively as a member of the treatment team, contributing insights and strategies to optimize client care.
• Develop and implement personalized psychotherapy plans with clear goals and objectives to address the unique needs of each client.
• Provide consultative services to team members, whenever necessary, to enhance overall treatment effectiveness.
• Act as a liaison between our clinic and community-based treatment professionals, facilitating communication and care coordination for clients.
• Maintain professionalism and adhere to company policies, particularly in handling subpoenas for records and court appearances.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned to further the mission of providing exceptional care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on serving children and adults facing a variety of mental health challenges, particularly in educational settings. This role emphasizes cultural competence and sensitivity, ensuring that services are tailored to meet the diverse backgrounds and unique experiences of each individual you support. Qualifications

• A valid and active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in the state of California.
• A strong understanding of how culture impacts human behavior and the delivery of mental health services.
• Demonstrated ability to provide culturally sensitive services to a diverse clientele.
• Experience in building mutually respectful partnerships with clients and their families.
• Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary range for this position is USD 115,000 – 130,000. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
