Work Environment

This position is entirely remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own environment while focusing on empowering students in educational settings. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and backgrounds, identifying key strengths and potential resources for recovery.
• Provide tailored individual, family, and group therapy sessions centered around evidence-based treatment modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-informed care.
• Develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans that clearly outline therapeutic goals, interventions, and measurable outcomes.
• Regularly collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and educational staff, to ensure a holistic approach to each client’s mental health care.
• Offer crisis intervention services, conducting risk assessments and safety planning to support clients in urgent situations.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, while ensuring confidentiality and respect for client privacy.
• Facilitate psychoeducational classes and support groups, empowering clients and their families through shared experiences and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse client base, including school-aged children and their families who may be dealing with various mental health challenges such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Each interaction will provide an opportunity to not only support the individual but also to enhance the client’s coping skills and resilience through evidence-based practices.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.
• A minimum of two years of experience working in a mental health or outpatient setting is expected.
• Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based therapeutic approaches and modalities is essential.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills to foster trust and rapport with clients and their families.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
