Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients’ mental health needs and tailor personalized treatment plans accordingly.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to enhance clients' well-being.
• Keep meticulous clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintaining the confidentiality of client information.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and support staff, to develop a holistic approach to client care.
• Provide psychoeducation and support to patients and their families, equipping them with knowledge and strategies to manage their mental health.
• Stay informed on the latest developments and research within the mental health field to continually improve practice and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
