Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gather detailed information about clients' mental health challenges, personal strengths, and existing support networks.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Trauma-Focused Therapy to support clients' healing journeys.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to create and oversee integrated, client-centered treatment plans.
• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to help clients enhance their coping skills, share experiences, and build community.
• Through crisis intervention and risk assessment, offer immediate support to clients in distress, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational policies, creating detailed records of client interactions and treatment progress.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Nevada.
• Minimum of two years of experience in mental health, specifically in outpatient or detox settings.
• Demonstrated expertise in utilizing various evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills necessary for effective therapy delivery.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working in detox or substance use treatment settings is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

Gotham Enterprises Ltd offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, in addition to a sign-on bonus upon joining.
